(Emergency and Special Request appointments can be scheduled on Wednesdays and Saturdays)
*All Counseling Services are provided by appointments only and payment will be due at the time services are provided or prepaid.
(*There are consultation fees ($250 for 30 minutes)
*Appointment requests made for same day services will be based on availability of the counselor.
*Appointments not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to the entire service fee that has been assessed. This includes missed, no call, or no show appointments.
*Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be subject to a $300.00 cancellation fee. If canceled prior to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment no cancellation fee will be charged.
*Appointments can be made Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 9am and 9pm. In addition to day time office hours, emergency and special requests appointments must be scheduled for either Wednesdays or Saturdays. A $200.00 service fee will be assessed and must be prepaid (received) at the time of scheduling the appointment.
